Week 3, March 2018
Below are live-music events from our Top-25 venues list for the third full Monday-Sunday week in March. This list is hastily done and mostly un-proofed, intended to do nothing more than keep the posts coming and give you some options when the algorithms on the social networks don't give you exactly what you're looking for.
On Thursday, I'll continue as host at the museum. Performing a full concert of Liszt will be North Carolina based concert pianist Lawrence Quinnett (lawrencequinnett.com). On Friday, I'll perform jazz at The Loft in Columbus with Dan Mackowski, and others as Cullars Improvisational Rotation (only on SoundCloud). [UPDATE: I will not be performing on Friday at The Loft] So that's in blue.
In yellow is my pick for the week, the Music City Trombone Duo out of Nashville performing in Columbus at the RiverCenter's Legacy Hall. They sound and look great online at musiccitytrombones.com. Admission is free. -PMc
